Forging
Symmetrical closed-die forgings up to 10 kg. Installed capacity: 500 tons/month, Normalising/Annealing: 12 tons/day.
Heat Treatment
We fulfill Induction Hardening, Brazing needs, up to 1000 mm length. Hardening, Tempering services available.
Critical Machining
Skilled in CNC Turning, Grinding, VMC. Machines handle up to 50 kg, 350mm OD, 1000mm length.
Induction Bending
We specialise in manufacturing products that have profile bending requirements.
Spline Rolling
40-ton 4-Axes CNC (Max module: 1.50 mm) for shafts, spline OD 100mm, length 750mm.
Advanced Inspection & Tooling Facilities
We boast advanced Metallurgical, Metrological labs for precise inspection, along with Tool Room for manufacturing tools.
